Once upon a time there was a little girl whose name was Grace. Her father’s birthday was coming up and she wanted to get the perfect present for him. |

Her father drank coffee a lot so she would get him that for his birthday. |
|
|
After they ate cake and ice cream
she screamed, "OPEN my present first!" When he opened it, his mouth dropped
open, his eyes went wide, and his face was all screwed up. She asked
terrified "What’s wrong?"
He then answered, "Today I found out that I am allergic to coffee beans. |

The next day Grace started to think of a different present her father would like. Since he was an outdoors type of person she decided that a mounted fish would be a wonderful present. |

|
Grace ran all the way home with her new present but once she showed it to her father she noticed something was wrong. He had fainted. She trembled, "What’s wrong?" He answered, "Where did you get that from?" Grace answered proudly, " the pond outside in our yard." |

|
Grace set out for a different present. All of a sudden she thought of a great idea. Her dad was in desperate need of a bow tie for his new job that he got. Once she bought it she scampered home so fast she tripped out of pure excitement five times. |

This time when her dad opened his birthday present he exclaimed, "It’s the best present you could ever get me." |
